Bodybuilding Warehouse Warrior Rush Review

Bodybuilding Warehouse Warrior Rush is a very strong, high caffeine pre workout energy shot designed to reduce fatigue

BBW Warrior Blaze and Warrior Rush

Having tried Bodybuilding Warehouse Warrior Blaze caps, I know how strong Bodybuilding Warehouse can make their supplements. Warrior Blaze contained plenty of Caffeine Anhydrous plus Geranium Stem which, combined as a matrix blend, produced one of the strongest fat burners on the market. You can read more about fat burners in our Jodie Marsh Semtex review. This meant Warrior Blaze was excellent at getting your blood pumping and ready for your workouts. BBW have just released a new version of Warrior Blaze called Warrior Blaze Reborn so check it out! They have also just released a new supplement called Warrior Rush. So what is Warrior Rush?

Like Warrior Blaze, Rush is packed full of caffeine but is more than double the strength of Blaze! However Warrior Rush is not a fat burner; it doesn't contain ingredients such as green tea extract, cayenne pepper, guarana and n-acetyl-l-carnitine but instead can be classified as a pre workout supplement because it contains caffeine, beta alanine and citrulline; ingredients which help to increase energy and enhance mental focus. Lets take a look at Warrior Rush in more detail.

What is Warrior Rush?

Warrior Rush is a pre workout energy shot. Put simply, it will help to revitalise you and get you focused to lift those heavy weights. Unlike many pre workout powders, you don't need to mix anything with water. This is a key strength of Warrior Rush; it comes in small bottles which mean you can carry them around with you and then, when you need that rush of energy, simply unscrew the lid and take it. This is particularly useful if you work a 9 to 5 need to face a commute home before you go to the gym. You're feeling tired, drained of energy from a long day at work. Simply take a bottle of Warrior Rush with you to work in your bag. Then, when you finish work, take the shot and wait for the effects to kick in. You will no longer feel tired but instead you will feel alive again, ready to be the best you can be at the gym. Similarly if you work long shifts overnight and want to go to the gym after your shift; just take Warrior Rush with you in your pocket/bag then take it at the end of your shift.

You can even take Warrior Rush in the morning when you first wake up if you need that energy boost immediately. However, if you like your morning coffee, we wouldn't advise doing this because Warrior Rush contains a huge 250mg of caffeine per bottle (60ml).

Warrior Rush contains absolutely no fat and only 39 calories per shot.

How does Warrior Rush compare to Red Bull?

The efficiency of Warrior Rush is a great benefit and its main advantage alongside the huge amount of caffeine present in each energy shot. Think of the energy drink Red Bull...

  1. Red Bull contains 80mg of caffeine. Warrior Rush contains 250mg per bottle which is 312% more
  2. Red Bull contains 1g of amino acids of which only Taurine is present. Warrior Rush contains 3.3gs of amino acids which include beta alanine, citrulline malate, aakg (arginine alpha ketoglutarate) and taurine (330% more)

So whether you're a student looking to work overnight to get that dissertation completed, a bodybuilder looking to fuel your workout or a regular man/woman who simply enjoys going to the gym and working up a sweat, try Warrior Rush and feel the effects for yourself.

Did Warrior Rush work?

The big question, does Warrior Rush work? The ingredients suggest that Warrior Rush should work, but does it actually give you the energy and mental focus to help reduce fatigue?

The answer based on my experience is YES. Bodybuilding Warehouse sent me six 60ml bottles to fully test which I did before each of my workouts over the course of 2 weeks. Four of these workouts took place around 7pm after a long day working when I was feeling drained. I downed the energy shot around 15 minutes before I got to the gym and within that time I immediately felt more awake and energised. Having taken the shot, I was able to lift the weights I wanted to lift on every workout and felt like I hadn't just worked an 8 hour day with 2.5 hours of commuting. I also felt no signs of sickness or shaking.

Are there any negative side effects to Warrior Rush?

Warrior Rush won't be for everyone. Firstly the taste is pretty strong and, at first, you might wince when you take it. However after you have had 3 or 4 bottles you become used to the taste and it isn't so bad. The flavour described on bodybuildingwarehouse.co.uk is Orange flavour and produces quite a sharp sensation when it hits your throat. This is because the flavour contains raw cane sugar and sweeteners.

The presence of beta alanine would suggest you may experience a tingling feeling which occurs when you consume pure beta alanine. This by the way isn't a bad thing so don't worry about it if you feel it when taking Warrior Rush! It is simply the beta alanine binding to your skin receptors and exciting the nerves. I personally did not feel any tingling sensation but that does not mean you won't as everyone is different to the way they react to certain supplements.

We must also emphasise that due to the strength of Warrior Rush, we do not advise anyone who has heart problems to take it or anyone who is sensitive to caffeine. Similarly, you should not take Warrior Rush if you are under 16 or pregnant.

In conclusion, I feel Warrior Rush is an excellent pre workout supplement. Firstly, it simply worked and, secondly, because it is very convenient to take due to the small bottles and the method of taking a shot straight from the bottle. BBW sell packs of 12 for just £19.99 so, if you go to the gym 3 times a week that is a month supply for under £20.
